Valley Property Management principal Alan St. Hilaire is a licensed and bonded Real Estate Broker who has a Mechanical Engineering degree, Masters in Business Administration from UMass Amherst and extensive construction knowledge (licensed construction supervisor with the State of MA). Beyond managing for others, Alan is also a rental property owner. With a portfolio of rentals in the area, he invests his own efforts and equity in real estate; it is his passion.
