This website is in intended for use by prospective property management clients, current occupants of properties managed by VPM and prospective renters.  Any commercial use of the data, content, text, or images contained in the web site or its database is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of our copyrighted work and content.

Valley Property Management tries to provide content that is true and accurate as of the date of writing; however, we give no assurance or warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or applicability of any of the contents. Visitors to our website should confirm with our office that the information is current and accurate and that listings shown are still available. Valley Property Management (“VPM”) respects your privacy, and we share your concerns for protecting the information that you provide to VPM through its website (the “Site”). The personal information you provide via this website is not stored on the website nor is it used for any marketing purposes. VPM will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone for any reason. Personal information you provide is used solely for business related to property management, such as processing maintenance requests, collecting condominium or rental fees, or providing owners or tenants with information regarding their property. VPM may update this Privacy Policy, so you should check back periodically for changes.

The Information We Collect
VPM only collects information that you provide voluntarily, including personally identifiable information in order for you to utilize certain functions of this website. In order to utilize certain Services, VPM may require users to provide their first and last name, address, email address, and phone number (“Personal Information”).

By visiting the site you are accepting the terms of VPM’s Privacy Policy. 

How We Use Information
We use the Personal Information you provide about yourself when processing a maintenance request or when using the contact agent form to request more information about a property for rent. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the maintenance request.

When contacting VPM via email, we use the return email addresses provided to answer any email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.  VPM does not sell or disclose client lists or email address lists, or pass on other Personal Information to third party advertisers.

The Site may contain windows or hyperlinks that provide access to other websites not affiliated with VPM. Your use of an external website or any informational content found on an external website is subject to and governed by the terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines of the external websites.  VPM does not endorse or make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not be liable for, any informational content, products, services, software, or other materials available on an external website, even if one or more pages of the external website are framed within a page of the Site.  VPM is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external website.  For your protection, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective external websites.

VPM stores and processes information in the United States of America.  The data protection and privacy laws of the United States may not be as protective as those in other countries.  By using the Site and the Services, you expressly consent to the transfer of any information you provide to VPM for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To improve data security and restrict unauthorized access to your personal and business information, we have put in place certain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information VPM collects online. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
