Mayflower Condominiums
Mayflower Condominiums is a 25 unit residential condominium complex located in Belchertown, MA at 1288 + 1300 Federal St. Managed by Valley Property Management.
There are 24 units in the 2 main buildings and one free standing unit that is a 4 bedroom cape style building positioned out front.
Below is some helpful information for unit owners, potential renters and potential buyers/lenders, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
Selling/Buying – 6D Certificates
To obtain a 6D certificate, the current unit owner (or their lawyer) will need to complete the following:- Provide a 6D Request Form (linked below) and scan/email to valleypm413@gmail.com, please complete the form fully, including Buyer info.
- Provide payment either via certified bank check, money order, attorneys check or Online Payment at the following link (sorry personal checks cannot be accepted); Payment Link for 6D Fees. If paying online please be sure to chose Mayflower from the list of payment options and specify the unit you are paying for (you fill this in).
Renting your Unit?
Unit Owners are required to complete the Assent to Rent forms (below) and return them to us prior to occupancy of tenants.
Common Area Basements – No Storage
Please note that there is NO STORAGE permitted in the common area basements, any items left in this area will be disposed of without warning. The only storage available is confined to the individual units.
