We are seeing strong demand for off campus housing! Many house hunters find that our rentals are some of the most desireable in town.  We offer mainly single family, and small multi family houses (duplexes, 3+4 unit houses, etc) with a yard, off street parking, and in many cases basements, laundry and other amenities you just cannot get in the larger apartment buildings.

Leasing starts 9 months in advance (even sooner in some cases)!  Our showings for off campus housing start in Aug/Sept for leases  beginning June the following year.  You should be house hunting as soon as you come back to the area this fall!
